Two things we should do more often: refer to ourselves as wenches (it's my fave self-slur) and change our minds. Changing your mind is so stigmatised, but it's how we grow! It's how we move forward as people! It's something I do all the time too which is perhaps why I'm validating it so much!

I am jealous because while you are across the pond, I just found out I am acting lead for the week at work because instead of 4people, I have 1on FMLA and another on vacation, which means only 2 people to cover our 12 hour shifts….meaning only 1person when the other finally gets to take a break.
