LOVE THIS ENERGY 😍👏 😍👏 So, I would give the yogurt a 6.5 mayyyybe 7 out of 10, which honestly, I’m pretty damn happy with. Does it taste amazing? No. Will I still eat it? Yes. 😂 The temperature was a bitch and a half to get correct, and it fluctuated quite a lot over the 36 hours due to me tweaking trying to get it to stay at the 106 degrees. That was NOT as straightforward as I hoped it would be. 😂But… only upwards from here!!! For yogurt making AND financial independence. 💛💛

Your enthusiasm is palpable - I loved reading this. It’s unfiltered and joyous and honest. Is there a way you can set up a text message each day that tells you your bank balance? I know some banks can do that. Or set a reminder to check it once or twice so that you KNOW you will get to check it? I’m also very excited to hear how the yoghurt went. My Ninja Foodi apparently has yoghurt making capabilities and I’d like to try it out but I am concerned about making a huge mess of it. 🤣💚

Thank you so much for this delightful comment!!! Your enthusiasm is palpable and I love it! 🤩🤩 And, those are very smart ideas, I shall have to see if I can set up a text alert. Like, if the balance dipped below X amount. That would be nice!! Lol. AND - my inaugural yogurt making didn’t end up in utter disaster… YAY!!! It’s a bit lumpy, not nice and thick like I wanted, and it’s a tad on the sour side, but I’m very optimistic for the next round! Keeping the temperature correct was a bit of a challenge, but, I shall take that lesson and apply it forward. I hope you try and make yogurt with your ninja!! I bet there are loads of recipes you can look up. Youtube was my best friend throughout this process. 😂

Have you tried staying away from wheat? It makes a big difference for me.

Yep, I've done full elimination diet only eating meat lol and... while the bloating was deff reduced, it wasn't fixed. 🥲 Which then led me to my gut microbiome learning, and I'm praying this yogurt (amongst other things) helps! 🤞🤞

I have a son who is egg and dairy intolerant and refuses to not eat cheese! Then complains about pain and digestive issues….At least you are trying new things… Ieat activity black cherry yougurt every am when I am working, And am becoming quite the veggie lover. I confess I joined Noom this year nd have only gone down 5 lbs…. Makes me so mad! The bank thing, I work for a bank. Have for over 18 years… As a poor kid growing up, I get you. But keep giving out the positive energy. I actually began putting THANKYOU on all my bills, and since releasing that as a problem and rejoicing at the blessing for each one I pay, I have since gotten back to the things I love like writing and reading.

You do you Meg!

Diana
