Lol. I’m going to randomly-ish pick a journal entry anywhere from very recently to a couple of years back, type it up word for word on letterhead, print it out, and send it to paid subscribers once every 3 months!
My journal entries aren’t at all polished. Sometimes they’re oozing pain. Sometimes they’re oozing shame. Sometimes they’re ‘boring’.
What I love about them is how human they are.
I’m not writing for an audience, I’m writing for me.
And there’s something so intimate, so pure, in sharing them.
I really believe in the power of vulnerability, and these are truly a gift I treasure, and I can’t wait to share them with you.

Why are you sharing your Personal Journal Entries?
Two reasons.
Reason 1: I want to grow my writing career, goddamnit. And— it is really hard for me to admit this out loud, really really really really hard, but: I’m a great fucking writer, in my style, in my way. My words touch people. They bring the joy of laughter to people. Make people feel seen and less alone. And, I’m learning to accept that I get to be compensated for the art I bring to the world.
And I know that offering this subscriber benefit is going to help be an incentive to become a paid subscriber because I desperately don’t want to paywall my newsletters right now (maybe in the future? idk. maybe never).
Reason 2: I’ve always loooooooved getting to peel back the most intimate layers of someone to reveal their humanity in every perfect imperfection. That’s what my journals are. Me, in my most human form. With all my perfect imperfections on display.
